Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can help Maxshapez grow both commercially and as a brand. This role blends strategic sales, marketing insight, and relationship-building. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening our market presence, and shaping the marketing strategies that define how customers experience Maxshapez.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and implement marketing and brand positioning strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities, segments, and partnerships that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to different audiences.
  • Represent Maxshapez at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales — preferably in manufacturing, 3D printing, or industrial technology.
  • Strong understanding of B2B markets, brand positioning, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
