Key Responsibilities a) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. b) Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure product availability and market penetration. c) Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and key customers. d) Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory. e) Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends. f) Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies g) Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns. h) Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence. i) Drive secondary sales and ensure proper stock management at distributor points j) Train and motivate the sales team/distributor staff to achieve performance goals. Qualifications and Experience i) Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ii) 4 to 8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Durables/Pharma/Industrial products. iii) Prior experience in managing a territory, distributors, and dealer networks. iv) Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
