Role Description Lead Generation & Sales : Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and email marketing. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions. Presentations : Make a effective property presentation along property features, pricing, and benefits. Market Research & Analysis : Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the Delhi-NCR market. Coordination with Developers & Owners : Collaborate with real estate developers and property owners to source property listings and enhance sales opportunities. Follow-ups & Documentation : Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and assist in completing necessary documentation for property transactions. Meeting Targets : The candidate has to achiveve the performance targets set by the management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. • Min. 1 years of experience in real estate sales or business development. • Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
