Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing real estate market trends. The role includes tasks such as client engagement, customer service, and negotiating property deals. The specialist will ensure that the strategies are in line with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Effective Communication skills for client engagement and negotiation
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• 1-3 years experience in the real estate sales/leasing
