Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Business Development Specialist, contributing to the growth of our company by leveraging your acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, and a reasonable command of Internet concepts. Your ability to interact with international clients will be essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, demonstrating confidence in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Prior experience of at least 2 years working with an IT Service company is required. - Hands-on experience with bidding channels such as Upwork & Clutch is essential. - Ability to write proposals and cover letters tailored to the client's requirements. - Experience in working and generating business in the International Market. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. - Sound knowledge of IT terminologies is expected. - Capable of analyzing business challenges, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions. - Gather insights for the technical team, negotiate, and close deals. - Ability to identify and evaluate suitable projects for the company.
