Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills. The role includes meeting with potential clients, fostering relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation / Sales / Marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Handle Business Development tasks from A to Z; Tele Calls to Closing
