Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and executing construction projects by collaborating with architects, suppliers, site supervisors, contractors, and labourers to ensure timely completion within the allocated budget. Your role will involve detailed planning, including defining project scope, creating and revising project plans, developing and managing the project budget, setting milestones and deadlines, and scheduling tasks effectively. During the execution phase, you will monitor construction progress, ensure safe working conditions, coordinate workers, assign responsibilities, and allocate necessary resources such as supplies, materials, and labor. Risk management will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, requiring you to identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Quality assurance will involve running check-ins to identify bottlenecks and enhance efficiency, as well as reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before submission to the client. Effective communication with stakeholders, including the owner, subcontractors, and materials suppliers, will be essential. You will need to relay project goals clearly and consistently demonstrate values throughout the project duration.
