Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer, located in Chennai. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and managing structural engineering and construction activities. Responsibilities include supervising civil engineering tasks, coordinating with contractors, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project execution and construction management
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with contractors, teams, and clients
• Expertise in quality control processes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in structural engineering and knowledge of civil engineering principles
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to lead teams and manage project timelines effectively
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes in Tamil Nadu
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
