Senior Site Engineer

A Senior Supervisor, manages, and executes construction projects. They work with architects, suppliers, site supervisors, contractors & labourers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Planning

• Project scope: Develop and define the project's scope
• Project plan: Create, execute, and revise project plans
• Budget: Develop and manage the project budget
• Schedule: Set milestones and deadlines, and schedule tasks

Execution

• Construction: Monitor construction progress and ensure working conditions are safe
• Team: Coordinate workers and assign responsibilities
• Resources: Allocate resources, including supplies, materials, and workers

Risk management

• Identify risks: Identify potential risks to the project
• Prepare mitigation strategies: Prepare plans to minimize the impact of risks

Quality assurance

• Perform check-ins: Run quick check-ins to spot bottlenecks and calculate efficiency
• Review deliverables: Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client

Communication

• Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with the owner, subcontractors, and materials suppliers
• Relay goals: Relay the goals for each project
• Demonstrate values: Demonstrate values consistently and effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
