Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing data, and handling customer service interactions. Daily tasks will also include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation
Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
