Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Job Responsibilities: -

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential customers for sheet metal and plastic components.

• Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation to deal closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality, and supply chain) to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical discussions, and commercial offers. • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
