• :Execute recruitment plans aligned with business needs

• .Manage full-cycle hiring for mid-level and senior roles
• .Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
• .Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards
• .Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

.For Senior Manager Level

• :Lead talent acquisition strategy across business units
• .working on Leadership hiring
• .Drive workforce planning and succession hiring
• .Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and specialists
• .Build partnerships with external vendors and recruitment firms
• .Oversee executive hiring and leadership pipeline development
• .Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
• .Present hiring insights and analytics to senior leadership

• :Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and analytics
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

.Qualifications
