Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) at Quess Corp will lead strategic hiring initiatives across QITS staffing, & Business engagements. The role requires deep expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, recruitment analytics, and market intelligence to support high-volume and niche hiring demands. The TABP will partner closely with business leaders to ensure talent strategies align with organizational priorities, financial metrics, and client delivery expectations. This position demands excellence in stakeholder management, team leadership, and the ability to drive end-to-end recruitment outcomes in a dynamic workforce solutions environment.

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives leveraging advanced knowledge of

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    Boolean Search Techniques

    Candidate Sourcing Strategies

    Data-Driven Recruitment Analytics

    .
  • Utilize

    recruitment CRM tools

    and

    social media recruiting

    to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across IT staffing domains.
  • Implement robust

    talent market mapping

    ,

    workforce planning

    , and

    diversity hiring practices

    to meet evolving business and client needs.

Team Leadership & Process Governance

  • Manage, guide, and mentor recruitment teams to ensure performance excellence, process adherence, and capability enhancement.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-productivity environment focused on achieving staffing goals for IT contract staffing, Permanent Hire, International hiring and other RECRUITMENT models.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding practices using industry best standards.
  • Create SOPs, documents, manage processes & maintain database

Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Align recruitment strategies with critical financial metrics including

    EBITA, revenue, gross margin, and net profit

    to support business performance.
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and recruitment analytics to guide workforce decisions.

Candidate Evaluation & Hiring Operations

  • Conduct and guide competency-based interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Lead

    salary benchmarking

    ,

    offer negotiation

    , and

    onboarding process management

    to ensure smooth integration and strong employee retention.
  • Ensure confidentiality, ethical hiring practices, and compliance with company policies
  • Quality hiring and submissions are key with an agency/Protagonist mindset

Must have Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Human Resources

    Business Administration

    , or a related field (mandatory). MBA is good to have
  • 10+ years

    of progressive experience in

  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams within complex organizational environments.

  • Closely working with the business leaders on a daily basis on hiring requirements
