What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to enable a strategic, seamless, and business-aligned recruiting process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering collaboration, capability-building, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—including workforce planning, sourcing, assessments, and offer management—for assigned Business Units.
  • Design and implement data-driven recruiting strategies for both domestic and international hiring, informed by talent market intelligence.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels (referrals, ATS, job boards, social media, and talent communities) to attract high-quality talent while strengthening Epsilon’s employer brand.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert on recruitment trends, talent insights, and workforce planning.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder needs and deliver effectively against tight hiring timelines for business-critical roles.
  • Use analytics and market intelligence to support talent decisions, provide insights to leadership, and build scalable performance-tracking systems.
  • Support communication, engagement, and employer branding initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and priorities.


Qualifications

  • 15–18 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition with proven success leading high-performing hiring teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with globally dispersed leadership.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot patterns, bring structure to decision-making, and drive consistent execution.
  • Decisive, fast learner with the agility to influence, adapt quickly, and drive change across diverse leadership styles.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to inspire trust and build strong partnerships across functions.
