Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at XLNC Technologies, a global consulting firm specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Generative AI, and Cyber Security. Your role will be full-time and on-site at Goregaon location. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to meet the organization's talent needs. Your strategic role will involve attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality technology talent to align with the company's growth, culture, and innovation goals. You will partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to build high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top technology talent - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions - Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to shape talent strategies - Create and manage Employer Branding initiatives to enhance company reputation - Analyze recruitment metrics and refine processes for improvement - Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning - Utilize strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills in the recruitment process Qualifications: - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies - Strong abilities in Interviewing, Hiring, and candidate assessment techniques - Experience in creating and managing Employer Branding initiatives - Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills - Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and refine processes for improvement - Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning - Experience in the technology or consulting sectors is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus,
