Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goregaon for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to meet organizational talent needs. The role plays a critical strategic and operational role in attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality technology talent. This role is pivotal to shaping talent strategies that align with the organization's growth, culture, and innovation goals. The Senior Talent Manager partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to build high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience across the talent lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Strong abilities in Interviewing, Hiring, and candidate assessment techniques
  • Experience in creating and managing Employer Branding initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and refine processes for improvement
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Experience in the technology or consulting sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
