Client - Quick Commerce Start-Up Location: DN Nagar, Mumbai WFO: Mon to Sat (alternative Sat WFH) About the Role: As Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Tech) , you will own and lead hiring for technology, product, engineering, data, and digital roles critical to scaling our platform. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to stakeholder management and employer branding — ensuring we hire top tech talent that aligns with speed, culture, and scale . This role demands a strong understanding of tech hiring alongside experience in e-commerce / fashion / consumer internet environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tech Hiring Leadership Own end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, engineering, QA, data, and digital roles (junior to leadership). Build tech hiring strategy aligned with business and growth roadmap. Maintain strong pipeline health for ongoing and future requirements. 2. Stakeholder & Business Partnering Partner closely with CTO, Engineering leads, Product heads, and Business Heads to define job requirements, bandwidth plans, and role priorities. Act as a talent advisor — consult on hiring market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. 3. Sourcing & Talent Mapping Use advanced sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, StackOverflow, internal referrals, and talent communities. Conduct talent mapping for niche skill sets & competitor benchmarking. 4. Process Ownership & Candidate Experience Own interview structure, evaluation frameworks, and selection process for tech roles. Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from first touch to hiring. Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics and funnel performance. 5. Employer Branding & TA Projects Work with marketing and leadership to build ZILO’s tech employer brand through events, social content, hackathons, and culture storytelling. Drive process excellence, ATS hygiene, TA dashboards, and hiring SLAs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , with at least 4+ years focused on Tech hiring . Mandatory: Strong exposure to hiring in E-commerce / fashion tech / consumer tech / startup environments . Proven ability to manage high-velocity & leadership hiring simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving, high-ownership culture.
