Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Hiring Management

  • Lead and execute

    high-volume hiring

    for entry-level roles (e.g., Customer Support, Sales, and Back-office operations) across domestic BPO processes.
  • Develop and implement effective

    mass hiring strategies

    , including campus drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure

    hiring targets

    are met within defined timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

2.Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of

    recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators

    focused on entry-level hiring.
  • Monitor team performance metrics such as offer-to-join ratio, TAT (Turnaround Time), and cost-per-hire.

3.Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with operations, HR business partners, and training teams to ensure seamless candidate deployment.
  • Build relationships with

    external hiring partners, colleges, and job boards

    for sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Regularly update senior leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.

  • 10-15 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least

    5+ years in a high-volume hiring leadership role

    within the

    Domestic BPO / Contact Center industry

  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

  • Proven experience in handling

    pan-India entry-level recruitment

    (voice, non-voice, or blended processes).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    domestic BPO hiring dynamics

    , sourcing channels, and candidate behavior.
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication

    skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in

    Excel, dashboards, and ATS tools
