Hirings across the org, spanning across:

• Leadership roles
• Middle managers
• Associates, Team Leaders
• Blue/Grey collar workforce

The role is the final go-to person for all things Hiring.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of work experience, working in high performing organisations.
• Strong background supplemented with good performance records in the past organisations.
• High EQ, high resilience and much higher hunger to grow.
• Strong stakeholder management skills <most critical tenet>
