Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 tele-callers/ inside sales folks and deal negotiation executives. Govern day to day operations while owning the overall performance of the team.
• Responsible to improve conversion funnels of tele-calling team by working on trainings and other systemic improvement avenues.
• Own the process of supply negotiations and procure the vehicles.
• Manages the outbound and inbound calling processes/ systems and owns the CSAT for the team.
• Responsible for hiring and building a robust, high performing-high retention team. Quality of hiring, team happiness quotient and attrition- all come into this role.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing and running a team of inside sales/ tele-callers/ negotiations.
• Experience in automobile sales will be added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Inspiring personality- someone people will like working for.
• Very high sense of ownership and responsibility. Resilient folks with strong inter-personal skills
