Job Description Part of and leading the Business Development & responsible for Key Private & Government account sales for simulation business. Meeting with customers, understand their engineering challenges /problem & requirements and propose our solution. Working with our internal team to map out the technical solution that will solve the customer's problem. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the regional sales for the Delhi region and maximizing profitable revenue, focusing mainly on the following product lines: Hexagon Software and VI Grade. Candidate should have considerable prior experience in software sales or software business development, working as a part of sales team in reputed companies. Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in selling Mechanical Engineering Software Solutions (CAD / CAE Software solutions) or similar. Sound knowledge of Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and other emerging industries in the North region. Lead the Simulation business in the North region - India. Candidate should be hands-on and demonstrate leadership qualities. Experience of selling engineering software is preferred. Track record of having visualized & executed business development, sales & people management functions for a high growth & competitive geography. Experience presenting software solutions to the customers. Knowledge of how to apply CAD & CAE/Simulation & Automation capabilities to enable customer.
