Role Overview


We are looking for a sharp and structured Business Development Executive to drive B2B prospecting and appointment setting using a modern tech stack. This is an on-ground role based out of our Goa office, ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership, automation-led environments and enjoys initiating meaningful conversations with brand leaders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Market Mapping & Prospecting

Identify potential clients across categories like Travel, D2C, FMCG, SaaS, Luxury, and BFSI using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha. Build ICPs with filters like geography, seniority, budget propensity, and industry alignment.


  • Lead Enrichment & Outreach Setup

Use Apollo.io and Lusha to extract verified email IDs and enrich contact profiles. Create lead sheets segmented by category and buying intent.


  • LinkedIn Automation & Email Campaigns

Deploy outbound campaigns using LinkedIn automation tools such as Phantombuster, Waalaxy, or Expandi. Customize outreach messages based on industry and decision-maker pain points. Launch cold email campaigns via Mailshake or Lemlist with CTA-based sequencing.


  • CRM Management (Zoho)

Maintain hygiene across Zoho CRM – logging leads, updating statuses, tagging lead sources, and aligning with marketing campaigns. Automate lead assignment, follow-ups, and appointment tracking through workflows and scoring logic.


  • Appointment Setting & First-Level Pitching

Secure discovery meetings and qualify leads using PTSTDM logic (Pain–Trigger–Solution–Timing–Decision Maker). Share agency credentials, reels, and sample case studies. Coordinate availability with senior strategists for deeper pitch meetings.


  • Reporting & Analytics

Track outreach success rates (open rates, reply rates, booked calls, SQL conversion, drop-off reasons). Share weekly reports with learnings and revised messaging strategies. Use Zoho CRM reports or Google Looker Studio dashboards.


Ideal Profile


  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or growth marketing in a digital agency or SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Phantombuster, and Zoho CRM.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft customized outreach messages and follow-ups.
  • Analytical and process-driven, with experience managing sales funnels and CRM workflows.
  • Goa-based or willing to relocate for a fully on-site role.


Nice to Have


  • Experience selling digital marketing services (performance, influencer, video production).
  • Understanding of agency revenue models (retainers, project-based, hybrid).
  • Ability to write short cold pitches or decks for outbound campaigns.


Growth Path


Successful candidates can grow into Senior BD Manager or Account Strategist roles within 12–18 months based on performance and client closure ratios.
