Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand ASYVA’s presence across technology services and IT staffing domains. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth through effective engagement, communication, and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate qualified leads for IT services, data engineering, AI, and cloud consulting projects.

· Drive staff augmentation and contract resource partnerships by onboarding vendors and freelancers.

· Collaborate with delivery and HR teams to understand client needs and provide suitable technical resources.

· Manage client relationships from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closure.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging technology trends.

· Prepare and present customized business proposals, pitch decks, and capability documents.

· Use LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms for prospecting and lead generation.

· Maintain CRM and sales reports, track pipelines, and meet defined sales and partnership targets.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or IT Staffing/Vendor Management.

· Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition for technology or consulting firms.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Understanding of software development life cycle, cloud technologies, or data engineering concepts.

· Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM systems.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology.

· Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred).

· Exposure to proposal writing, pricing models, and contract management.
