Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional to build a career in sales and marketing. Your main role will be to visit colleges, build relationships with management, and organize seminars to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit college campuses in and around Thrissur to generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with college management and faculty.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct engaging seminars and presentations for students.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner colleges.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets for campus acquisitions and seminar conversions.
• Provide daily activity reports and market feedback to the management.
• Represent the company at educational fairs and events.
• Understand and effectively communicate the company's services and value proposition.
• Coordinate with the internal team for seminar logistics and material.
• Continuously work on expanding the network within the educational community.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
• Confident personality with the ability to speak to groups and senior management.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proactive learner.
