From bespoke e-learning modules to LMS deployment and enterprise training programs, we help businesses transform learning into measurable performance. We’re now looking for a dynamic professional to strengthen our business development function and support our marketing-led growth strategy. Role Overview: The Business Development & Lead Specialist will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing leads for our learning solutions portfolio. This role will act as the first point of contact for new business opportunities, supporting the marketing and sales teams to drive growth across corporate, healthcare, and institutional segments in India and the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Research and identify potential clients across target sectors (corporates, hospitals, and institutions). • Manage inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns. • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and professional networks to establish first contact. • Qualify leads based on defined parameters and hand over warm leads to the sales/marketing lead. Client Interaction & Relationship Management: • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with prospects. • Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups. • Support proposal development and documentation for client presentations. • Build long-term relationships that align with Fidus’ values and service ethos. Marketing & Collaboration: • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and content strategy. • Provide insights from client conversations to improve communication, offerings, and positioning. • Coordinate with design and content teams for proposal decks, client presentations, and case studies. Business Intelligence & Reporting: • Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system. • Track metrics such as conversion rate, engagement level, and source effectiveness. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline progress and key opportunities.
