Job responsibilities:

  1. Achievement of sales & collection in an assigned territory.
  2. Technically understand the Customer’s requirements and provide solutions for NDT Products, adding value in terms of better performance & improved process efficacy.
  3. Provide Product Demonstration to customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive,
  4. Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting & foundries, and Heavy Fabrication, etc. & help customers appreciate the true value of ZChem Products, resulting in business generation.
  5. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and assess industry trends that impact growth strategies.
  6. Assist in identifying potential clients and partners, initiating contact, and building strong business relationships to drive revenue growth.
  7. Enhance the business by preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and client relationships
  8. . Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies and initiatives.
  9. Manage and execute business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  10. Analyze sales and market data to generate insights and recommendations for improving business development efforts and achieving targets.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support and execute business strategies
  12. Participate in client meetings and industry events to represent the company, understand client needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
  13. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  14. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to the business development process.
