Business Development Engineer

Job Title:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential tenders.
• Support the team in building a database of potential tenders and clients.
• Client communication for existing business.
• Assist in communication with potential clients, preparing and sending introductory materials, emails, and presentations.
• Work with the sales team to help prepare sales materials, presentations, and product catalogs.
• Support the team in following up on sales leads and closing deals.
• Work with the marketing department to understand how different functions support business development.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead generation activities, and sales progress.
  

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP software.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence in handling customers.
