Business Development Engineer

Role Overview: You will be the Business Development professional at Kadkraft Systems, responsible for B2B lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive business growth and establish strong client relationships. Your role will involve utilizing your experience in the manufacturing industry to develop business for industrial supplies, cutting tools, CAD/CAM software, or other relevant products required by the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Generate B2B leads and conduct market research - Provide customer service to clients - Communicate effectively to drive business growth - Establish and maintain strong client relationships - Develop business for industrial supplies, cutting tools, CAD/CAM software, or other relevant products - Identify opportunities for technical pre-sales activities such as need analysis and product presentations Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical engineering - Strong communication and customer service abilities - 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Familiarity with engineering design and manufacturing concepts is a plus - Experience in dealing with automotive OEMs, TI/T2 suppliers, casting, forging, and industrial machinery segment will be an added advantage - Proven track record in dealing with the local industry Company Description: Kadkraft Systems has been providing solutions for product design, manufacturing simulation, and training, including 3D printing services for the past 34 years.
