We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our tech-solutions company - Fixkart. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities. This role involves convincing and communicating with customers about our IT solutions and products, building trust and confidence with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company and business. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Sales & Customer Acquisition Client Communications: Interacting with customers via phonic calls and chat regarding inquiries and converting to sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications: Prefer proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech or repair industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with technology products not necessary, but preferred (smartphones, laptops, macbooks ,etc.). Customer-focused with competent problem-solving abilities. Minimum PUC preferred in educational qualification, but not necessary.
