Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Engineer to join our team in the Greater Delhi Area in an on-site capacity. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The selected candidate will analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and create tailored business solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Business Development Engineer will ensure long-term customer satisfaction and support FIXKART’s mission of transforming procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development and New Business Development to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities
• Proficiency in Sales and Communication to effectively engage clients and present service offerings
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying market trends, devising strategies, and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in the consumables or procurement industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
