Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analytics, MIS & Project Coordinator to join our client’s fast-paced team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, maintaining MIS for operational transparency, and coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.


Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales/margin performance to generate actionable insights for senior management.
  • Develop, manage, and improve Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accurate, real-time, and automated reporting across departments.
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support business monitoring and strategy development.
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with company objectives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Support management in decision-making by providing regular trend analysis, forecasting models, and variance reports.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure smooth data integration and project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and resource utilization, and prepare status updates for leadership.
  • Maintain data governance, integrity, and compliance across systems and reporting functions.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, MIS, or project coordination roles, preferably in a corporate or wholesale environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.
