Role Overview: You will be joining The Return Journey as a Business Development Associate (BDA) based in Pune. As a BDA, your main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting the offerings of The Return Journey. Your responsibilities will include researching and reaching out to potential partners, forming strategic alliances, preparing business pitches, and contributing to the growth strategies of the company. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and achieve business goals will be essential, along with ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
