Data Analyst — Remote (India-Based) ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support reporting, forecasting, and business operations. This is a fully remote, full-time role for a candidate based in India with strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets Create weekly dashboards for sales, purchasing, inventory, and operations Track KPIs and prepare insights for management Pull data from Shopify, Monday.com, Brightpearl, ShipStation, etc. Identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities Support ad-hoc data projects and automation tasks Ensure 100% accuracy in all reports and analyses REQUIREMENTS 1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst Advanced Excel/Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with high attention to detail Clear written and verbal English Familiarity with Shopify, SQL, or PowerBI is a plus (not required) COMPENSATION Competitive India-based salary aligned with experience. (Discussed during interview.) HOURS Full-time, Monday–Friday. Evening overlap with EST preferred.
