We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s leadership team at a leading organization based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will develop sales strategies aligned with business goals, identify new markets, and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee the full sales cycle, maintain key client relationships, and address customer concerns. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and collaborating across departments to drive sustainable business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Establish sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve results.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, share updates, and discuss challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
Stay updated on customer preferences and evolving market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience.
Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute high-level sales plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Driving license valid in Saudi Arabia is required.
Language Skills Required:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.

Driving license valid in Saudi Arabia is required.
Candidates must be willing to travel across KSA as required.
