💼 Your Role: India Sales Head

As a senior sales leader, you’ll own and drive the India GTM strategy across BFSI, GCC, and Public Sector verticals. You will lead net-new customer acquisition, strategic expansion, and build lasting relationships with ServiceNow, Confluent, and Customer CXOs.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Drive

  net-new logo acquisition

  and

  expansion sales

  in large enterprise accounts
• Build and lead a

  high-performance sales team

  focused on strategic verticals
• Own the

  full sales cycle

  – from pipeline generation to closure
• Navigate complex sales across

  CIO, CISO, CTO, CFO, CHRO, and business leaders

• Collaborate with

  ServiceNow & Confluent field teams

  to create joint pursuits
• Represent inMorphis at

  industry events

  , roundtables, and partner forums
• Maintain a

  deep understanding of ServiceNow’s GTM motions

  and Confluent’s data streaming ecosystem
