Job Description

We're Hiring: Sales Leader in T&M (IT Staffing) and IT Services!

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying market opportunities and leading a high-performing sales team?

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to join our team and drive success in T&M and IT services.

Role & Responsibilities:

10 to 16 years of experience in sales
Develop innovative sales strategies and uncover new market opportunities in T&M and IT Services (Managed Solutions, Managed Capacity, etc.)
Convert wish lists into actionable plans and identify new prospects
Conduct impactful client meetings and secure MSA sign-ups
Oversee and manage sales team activities.
Mentor and train sales representatives and managers to achieve their best
Monitor sales metrics, report progress, and drive continuous improvement
