With a focus on providing non-polluting, cost-effective farm machinery such as electric tillers, tractors, and sprayers, Sukoon Solutions addresses critical issues faced by farmers today. Our products offer significant reductions in running and maintenance costs while operating silently and leaving no carbon footprint. Based in India, our innovations, such as the Krishiraj electric multi-utility farming tool, are making a profound impact, supported by government schemes that provide subsidies to farmers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing the sales team, and conducting sales management activities. Are you a rainmaker in agri machinery sales with a dealer and distributor network that covers all of India ? Your Mission: Lead sales for EV tillers & mini tractors PAN India (priority states: Odisha, Assam, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu) Build, train, and inspire a high-performance sales team Leverage your existing pan-India dealer & distributor network to drive rapid expansion Achieve aggressive sales targets own the full funnel, from onboarding to closing Analyze market trends, stay ahead of competitors, and provide real-time insights to management Be the go-to link between field realities and the leadership team Who You Are: 10+ years’ experience in agri machinery tiller & tractor distribution experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE Deep, established dealer/distributor relationships across India Proven record of launching, scaling, and winning in new and existing markets Results-driven, energetic, and a true leader someone who thrives on targets and team wins Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to travel as needed across India Why Join Sukoon Solutions?
