e are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive who will connect with farmers, distributors, and institutional buyers over the phone. The role involves educating prospects about Sukoon’s products, understanding their farming needs, and converting inquiries into qualified leads and sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and potential customers. Convert incoming leads (via website, chatbot, WhatsApp, campaigns) into sales opportunities. Farmer Engagement Clearly explain product features (electric tractor, tiller, solar pump), pricing, EMI options, and government subsidy schemes. Share benefits such as fuel cost savings, low maintenance, and eco-friendly farming. Relationship Building Build trust by understanding farmer challenges and recommending the right solution. Schedule demos and follow-ups with field sales teams. Data & Reporting Update CRM with call logs, farmer details, and lead status. Provide feedback on common farmer queries to improve sales scripts and marketing. Customer Support Handle queries about product usage, warranty, and service support. Redirect technical or service-related issues to the concerned team.
