Sukoon Solutions is a fast-growing clean-tech and sustainability company working at the

intersection of electric mobility, smart utility services, and green infrastructure. We offer: -

Electric utility vehicles (e.g., electric tractors, tiller) - Sustainable energy solutions for

campuses, industries, and urban spaces - End-to-end implementation of CSR and

ESG/BRSR-aligned projects

scalable, and cost-effective sustainability tools.

🎯 Role Objective

To lead and grow Sukoon’s CSR and BRSR verticals by building scalable partnerships with

corporates, NGOs, and sustainability-driven enterprises — and converting these

relationships into revenue-generating opportunities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

CSR Vertical:

 Identify and onboard corporates, foundations, and PSUs with active CSR budgets

 Design CSR-aligned sustainable projects (e.g., electric tractors/tiller for farmers,

Impact via improving livelihood, green campuses)

 Build partnerships with NGOs as implementation partners

 Respond to CSR RFPs and empanel Sukoon with corporate CSR teams

 Monitor funding cycles and develop high-conversion proposals

BRSR / ESG Vertical:

 Approach corporates mandated to report under SEBI’s BRSR framework

 Offer Sukoon’s electric and green solutions as ESG score boosters

 Create a playbook for sustainability compliance across sectors

 Collaborate with ESG auditors, consultants, and sustainability teams

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum 5–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, ESG consulting, or impact

project sales

 Strong understanding of CSR law (Schedule VII), SEBI BRSR framework

 Excellent proposal writing, pitching, and consultative sales skills

 Existing network in CSR/NGO/government/sustainability ecosystem (preferred)

 Proven track record in building and closing large-scale CSR or ESG partnerships

📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Monthly and quarterly revenue target from both verticals

 Number of corporate/NGO partnerships initiated and closed

 CSR projects funded, implemented, and documented

 BRSR/ESG consultations delivered or solutions sold
