Job Description: MBA Professional (Tech-Savvy, Smart, Strong Communication Skills)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and intelligent MBA professional who is highly tech-savvy, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrates excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Support

• Assist in strategy development, business planning, and execution of key organizational initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to support leadership decisions.

2. Technology & Digital Enablement

• Leverage digital tools, software, and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of new technologies, CRM systems, dashboards, or analytics tools.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data, prepare insights, and present actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for management review.

4. Project Management

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Track project progress, prepare documentation, and highlight risks or bottlenecks.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams including operations, marketing, finance, HR, and technology.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline business processes.
• Apply best practices and modern tools to enhance workflow, productivity, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Education

• MBA in Marketing / Operations / Finance / General Management / Business Analytics or equivalent.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience
• Exposure to digital tools, analytics, or tech platforms is preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
• Highly tech-savvy: proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, dashboards, analytics platforms, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Smart, proactive, and self-driven approach to work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
