Job Title: RPA Manager / Lead Location: Indore (On-site/Hybrid) Experience: 8–10 years We are hiring for a Digital Transformation Consulting firm that specializes in the Advisory and implementation of AI, Automation, and Analytics strategies for the Healthcare providers. The company is headquartered in NJ, USA and its India office is in Indore, MP. Job Summary: Experienced RPA Manager/Lead with strong expertise in RPA technologies, particularly Microsoft Power Platform, to lead our automation initiatives. Excellent communication skills, be customer-facing, and have prior experience in managing a team of RPA developers. Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and translate them into automation requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and reports for clients and leadership. Stay updated with the latest trends and features in the RPA and Power Platform ecosystem. Required Skills and Experience: 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in RPA/Power Platform. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) are a plus. Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
