RPA Manager/Lead

As an RPA Manager/Lead at our company based in Indore, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of RPA developers to drive our automation strategy and execution. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with business stakeholders to analyze process requirements, designing impactful demos and presentations, ensuring adherence to best practices in RPA implementation, and staying updated with the latest advancements in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform technologies to recommend improvements. To be successful in this role, you should have a total of 8-10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in RPA and/or Power Platform technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms. This is a Contract to Hire (C2H) opportunity with an initial 6-month contract period, which may lead to a full-time role based on performance. The job types available are Full-time and Contractual/Temporary, with a day shift schedule. The work location is onsite in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
