RPA Manager/Lead

Role Overview: You are sought after to be a highly skilled and dynamic RPA Manager/Lead to spearhead the automation strategy and execution within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers to ensure successful project execution. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements for automation. - Design and present impactful demos, reports, and presentations to internal leadership and clients. - Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards in RPA implementations. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform technologies and recommend improvements. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in RPA and/or Power Platform technologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms is preferred.
