To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the strategic interface between business goals and technical execution, ensuring seamless translation of requirements into impactful solutions.

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, streamline processes, and support the development of customer-centric digital products. You will play a critical role across the entire project lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—especially in fast-paced agile environments involving CRM systems, SaaS platforms, and MERN stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client interactions to gather requirements, identify objectives, and define project scope.
• Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Support product owners and project managers in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure product deliverables align with business goals.
• Conduct business process modeling, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and feedback cycles.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, MVP scoping, and continuous product enhancement initiatives.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication to articulate technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in conducting requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client demos.
• Skilled at writing high-quality documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
• Adept at collaborating across functions—from developers and designers to senior leadership.
• Strong active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to present complex ideas in a client-friendly and consultative manner, both in-person and virtually.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role within a software or IT services environment.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Experience working on projects involving SaaS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo), or MERN stack.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, and wireframing platforms.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and delivery accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in product-based or startup environments.
• Exposure to databases, APIs, and front-end/back-end data flows.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
• Working knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
