We have an opening for a Business Analyst (BA) from the HVAC industry.Details:

Job Description:-Key Responsibilities1. Business & Operational Analysis

Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data (sales, service calls, equipment performance, energy efficiency, etc.).
Identify inefficiencies in HVAC workflows—such as scheduling, maintenance, and inventory—and recommend process improvements.
Support pricing analysis, cost modeling, and profitability studies for HVAC systems and service contracts.

2. Market & Sales Insights

Analyze HVAC market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand patterns.
Provide insights to support sales forecasts and business development strategies.
Evaluate customer segmentation and retention metrics for service and installation business units.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Develop dashboards and reports on KPIs such as sales revenue, margin analysis, project costs, and service productivity.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes for HVAC product lines and service divisions.
Monitor financial performance of projects and service contracts against targets.

4. Technology & Data Systems

Work with CRM, ERP, and field service management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceTitan, or similar).
Collaborate with IT teams to improve data integration, reporting accuracy, and automation.
Assist in digital transformation initiatives, including IoT-based HVAC monitoring, smart controls, and analytics platforms.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with operations, finance, engineering, and sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, data-driven presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
