Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Time: 3 pm – 12 am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3+ years expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing reports, automating workflows, managing SharePoint sites, and facilitating business process improvements. This role requires strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Development: Create and develop Power BI reports using DAX and Power Query to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement Power Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency and automate business processes.
  • SharePoint Management: Create and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and user access controls to ensure data integrity and seamless team collaboration.
  • Process Documentation: Develop process flow diagrams, ERDs, and flowcharts using MS Visio or Lucidchart to visualize and document business processes.
  • Business Analysis & Documentation: Gather business requirements and create structured documentation, including FRD (Functional Requirement Document), BRD (Business Requirement Document), and CRD (Change Request Document) to support project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, present insights, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Utilize Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience in creating structured documentation (FRD, BRD, CRD).
  • Ability to design process flow diagrams, ERDs, and flowcharts using MS Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
