Job Description

Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects and initiatives.
Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process maps, and user stories to support solution delivery.
Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending data-driven solutions.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Support UAT activities, requirement traceability, and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet defined business outcomes.
