JD:

We are looking for a Product Analyst with strong ERP preferably SAP knowledge and experience in defining reporting and analytics requirements This person will act as a bridge between business stakeholders product managers and data engineering teams translating business needs into clear actionable user stories and data specifications for reporting and dashboards

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business users finance operations and product teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements

Understand ERP data models especially within SAP eg Finance Sales Procurement Inventory etc and identify the key fields and data structures needed for reporting

Write clear and detailed user stories acceptance criteria and data requirements for reports and dashboards

Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure requirements are well understood feasible and implemented correctly

Validate report outputs and ensure they meet business and data accuracy expectations

Maintain and prioritize the reporting backlog ensuring alignment with business goals

Support ongoing initiatives around data governance report standardization and selfservice analytics

Document data definitions key metrics and field mappings between ERP systems and reporting layers

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in product business analysis or datarelated roles

Strong understanding of ERP systems especially SAP knowledge of modules like FI CO and PP preferred

Experience translating business needs into technical stories or requirements for data and reporting solutions

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau Looker or SAP Analytics Cloud

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally across business and technical teams

Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and problemsolving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with SQL or ability to query data independently

Background in finance or operations reporting

Experience with SAP or similar ERP and reporting needs

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools eg Jira Aha Azure DevOps

Understanding of data warehouses ETL processes and data modeling concepts
