About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at AmplifAI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Account Management, Business & Data Analytics, and Project Management, while working closely with our Customer Success and Development teams on end-to-end client implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze client needs and problem statements to define business goals and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Design and execute implementation project plans for deploying AmplifAIâs software platform, ensuring successful client adoption. Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets to map client processes to system capabilities. Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas) and SQL queries for deep data analysis and testing. Perform ongoing data validation and data mining to ensure data integrity throughout project lifecycles. Conduct product testing and quality assurance (QA) to validate client requirements and outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to maintain alignment, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery. Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and specification sheets. Support the rollout of system changes, including test run planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce implementation risk. Adapt to evolving responsibilities and learn on the jobâflexibility and a growth mindset are essential. Knowledge of UML diagrams, process mapping, and technical documentation. Skills in project planning, change management, and business intelligence tools. Experience with data validation, strategic analysis, and root cause analysis.
