Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- The Brand Marketing Lead will craft and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with HFCL's business objectives and vision - think of it as being the brand's GPS, navigating through competitive terrain
- Developing customer personas and journey maps across global markets for business units. Craft multiple touch point mapped to customers stage in the funnel
- Translating voice-of-customer data into brand narratives, and running targeted campaigns
- Implementing feedback loops to refine brand positioning and creating differentiation strategies through competitive analysis
- Integrating account-based marketing with broader brand strategies
Marketing Communications

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in brand management
- Experience in the telecommunications, SaaS, or technology sector strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that didn't just win awards but moved business needles
